Our Story

Bill Thompson, NC General Contractor and HAAG Certified. 30+ years experience in the Charlotte area. Has owned a home inspection company including being a builder for years.

For the past 12 years he has concentrated mostly on roofs. He is current on his NC Self-Employed Insurance Adjuster license. We can do anything from a quick repair to a full roof including gutters.

If you have storm damage Bill will meet with your adjuster for you to show exactly what he has found. Also he can GC multiple jobs for you if you need him to. Charlotte Native that is honest and trustworthy. He is a 1979 graduate of East Mecklenburg High School.

Margaret DeStefani is the Office Manager and also a Charlotte native. Excellent customer service is her #1 priority. Although she was born at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in Goldsboro, NC, she has been in Charlotte, where her parents were born, since she was one year old. She graduated in 1979 from South Mecklenburg High school.

Bill and Margaret started their business to help people with knowledge and the comfort that they are not being ripped off by storm chasers.
